Release 1.8.0

• ⚡ improve design of grades and settings pages
• ✨ add cross-event language course result export
• ✨ add XLSX grade upload to the manager grades page
• ✨ add rating copy and naming options to slot duplication

This release uses a new frontend library which leads to some minor optical changes. We also improved the layout and ordering of same pages. During slot duplication you can now choose to transfer existing ratings.
