• ✨ add public API token management and documentation

This release adds a new public API to fetch public event information. The API also supports workspace-authenticated access to fetch workspace-specific data, including private events and registrations. Workspace admins can generate and manage API tokens for external integrations. The API documentation is available at /scalar/public-v1. This allows trusted external systems to read SignMeUp data for use cases like institutional websites, dashboards, reporting processes, or regular synchronization of registrations.
